  Beach is close to hotel. Approached over 100 times in a day by African imigrants trying to sell books to knock off watches. It is not recommended for a peacfull stay. It certainly does not feel safe with so many desparate African and Asian immigrants constantly harrasing you to buy these things.

  Comparing price to view and location the place is really good value. Rooms are tiny but clean. Breakfast is limited in variety.

  Room was a little dirty but overall of a good quality, service was very good, the beach was nice but I was thoroughly disappointed that Hotel Sea Lion year after year decreased the size of the public beach in between their hotel and Hotel Promenade. It's terrible for the locals and the beach sellers that used to use that beach.

  Possibly the worst wi-fi of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms are clean and basic, staff are friendly, the breakfast is ok but basic
