having reservation of 2 rooms, arriving to the hotel on 5.12.2017, rooms extremely cold, really not nice - completely different from the hotel web-site, poor quality beds, wifi out of operation, unwilling stuff, could not stay, have to find another accom. even the hotel took from us money for reservation, simply disaster! never ever again!

Very kind staff, building of the 1902 clean and confortable, no elevator, breakfast is nothing special, 15 min from Bozen. The surrounding landscape is fully infrastructured and thus not appealing as it was probably in the past. Good value for money.

The hotel is located in a charming period villa full of original features, and it makes you feel like early XX century travellers. Still there are all modern stuff here including good WiFi. Location is very good for those who travel from the north to Italy or back as well as for people interested in exploring a local area. Tasty breakfast with some home made food, free parking and very pleasant and friendly owners - what could be better!

This B&B is in an early 1900 villa with vintage rooms and tall ceilings. There is no AC for hot summer days and you can hear the highway so it looses a star, but otherwise it's a great place. The real draw is the restaurant which has some amazing German BBQ dishes and heaping portions of sides. Good beer too.
