Personale gentile e disponibile, stanze molto grandi e colazione abbondante. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria di Montecatini Centro. È stato un piacere essere stati ospiti di questa struttura

Hotel conosciuto per caso. Gestione ottima e personale simpaticissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente a coloro che vogliono passare qualche giorno nella città termale di Montecatini

Basicly never going there again, we booked 2x double rooms with 1 extra crip, booking was accepted but when arrived no crip was available. No way we could get aid from the hotel in order to change the booking from a double to a triple room, even as it was available. We checked out again after 3 hours and relocated. We paid full cost for the 2 rooms, but got an email day after we got half back. But the rudeness we received, we will never go back. To be fair, hotel seemed nice, even as it wasn't a top hotel. It is simple and seems ok.

Ottimo e gentile il servizio.
Colazione abbondante.
Camere semplici e funzionali.
Posizione strategica: vicino al centro e vicino (300 metri) ad un ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito (il P2 di via Marconi).

Colazione impeccabile, comodo al centro.
Molto pulito e servizio impeccabile, l'unico difetto è l'assenza di parcheggio dell'hotel. Il parcheggio più vicino è il P2.response / report this review -

Excellent and friendly host. Nice and clean room, big bathroom. Free Wi-FI, free parking nearby. Nice breakfast. Good value for money.
