Overall, I've had a very positive experience. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of both sweet and salty options. The staff is very friendly and kind. The whole hotel and rooms are very clean (bathroom's amenities have been replaced every day), even if they are quite old and very dusty. Great position and, although being in front of the station, very safe. Excellent price. Among the negative aspects, I'd say that the WiFi connection is very unstable and slow.

I don't know what the other people didn't like about this. We had the suite and we loved it. The old style room is really charming. The photos don't do it justice, but it was done with taste. We had several balcony. We really felt immerged in the old city of Turin. The location was perfect, and the old city is beautiful beyond belief. We didn't try anything else, but we were really happy.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a very good position at two step of the main station and of the metro. It's also close to the big shopping streets.

however past the reception, the hotel looks quite old, the carpets have seen better days and the doors seem very flimsy. The electrical system in the room was also from another time, some plugs didn't work and one just overheated my phone instead of charging it.

Being in the center with old style windows, it us not the most worry I have staid at, but the bedding was very good so out wasn't hard to sleep.

The bathroom was clean, and there was free wifi internet i'm the room. The breakfast is a large budget with a boot of everything.

It's ok if you don't have to stay in the room too long butI wouldn't recommend it for a romantic week end.
