It was a cold January day and we went there for a romantic couples spa treatment, but the whole thing was a complete failure. The water in the pool felt very cold, the room where we received our massage was freezing and in the end all we wanted was a hot shower to feel better, but also the showers where unacceptably cold. We left the place freezing and uncomfortable instead of relaxed and happy. The receptionist did nothing to better our experience, and just said we where the only people complaining. We would not recommend anyone going there in the winter months
