  Amazing 13 century building. Awesome restaurant with 1 Michelin star. Nice balcony and view, but a small room.

  Horrible. Our room was oppressively closed in. It felt like a living tomb. Management refused to give us a more open room. We fled after one miserable night. Management refused to refund the balance of the fee.

  Avoid.
  Hotel claims/advertises to be 5 Staronly thing 5 Star is the view. Staff unfriendly, while hotel was 1/2 empty we had to wait until almost the "official" check in time. Pool filled with debris, bugs or dead worms on the stairwell going to our room, and someone left a plastic bag of dog poop in a planter.it was there in the late afternoon and again the next morning. Maybe a two star but not a 5 star given our experience
