  Great location to see all sights in the city. Great rooms compared to the price. The breakfast is abbundant for just 3 euros. Friendly staff who speak good english.

  The location is central near to Catania's castle, and the residence has huge apartments for incredible convincente prices with every confort. The staff is very kind and ready to help. The residence has also a convenient breakfast service and a transfer to the airport!

  Pieno centro a due passi dal duomo e via etnea..
  Tutto il barocco per un trekking urbano incredibile. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e personale disponibilissimo e gentile. Formato anche trasporto da e per aeroporto a prezzo davvero conveniente.

  Central Catania - Cozy Politi Residence for a Sicilian Adventure
  Returning yet another year for our 2 month stay in Historic Catania.
  Welcomed by the new GM, Nicola we were thrilled with the wonderful additions. A cafe upon entrance is delightful serving sumptuous selections for breakfast. Also used as a recreation room for reading, cocktails or to watch a sporting event.
  Compliments to Vania for her culinary/barista skills. Delicious homemade tortes.
  New economical transfer service offered for airport pick & surroundings. Luca most obliging & knowledgeable.
  
  Large-scale map of Catania @ entrance highlighting all MUST SEE ATTRACTIONS.
  
  Apartment well equipped, washer, 2 balconies and cleaning service weekly. Elevator on premises.
  WIFI throughout establishment.
  10 minute walk to Piazza Duomo, Cathedral & Via Etnea. Short walk to Piazza Acala for bus transportation.
  Loads of resto's, bakeries, churches at each corner of Catania.
  
  Very impressed yet again! Cheers to the Politi Team, Alicia, Gloria and staff for their professional & efficient services. Highly recommend POLITI RESIDENCE for a short/long stay in vibrant, cosmopolitan Catania.

  Ho già scritto un articolo su una rivista turistica web. Un discreto albergo senza presunzioni con servizi non eccessivi. Però ti offre non una stanza ma un appartamento di due stanze con angolo cottura, bagno e corridoio. Aria condizionata e TV con due balconi. Non offre grandi servizi però paghi poco. Ha però un grande vantaggio sei a 100 metri dalla famosa pescheria (mercato all'aperto) tipico mercato catanese, e a 200 metri da piazza Duomo (piazza salotto della città) e della centralissima via Etnea.

  Very spacious apartment for reasonable price. Apartment has bedroom, kitchen with room and bathroom.
