  Last year we travelled from Canada on our first trip to Italy I really wanted to see Assisi and the photos of this hotel caught my eye. It did not disappoint. Stefano and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast & coffee every morning was delicious and the other guests always seemed happy and well rested. The views from the room and the observatory/reading room are breathtaking. Easy walk to the sites and their delicious restaurant Trattoria. I will definitely stay again!!   A gem! Great host, good breakfast and tea, nice penthouse sun room and right in middle of town. Room is very nice and clean. It can be noisy during festivals if the activities bother you. There's a view of the Piazza del Comune from the sun room and I believe some rooms too.

  Struttura pulitissima, proprietari e personale gentilissimi. A disposizione sala da the con tisane e biscotti.
  Caratteristico e centrale, a tre minuti dal parcheggio.
  Bellissima la torretta sopra i tetti di Assisi.
  Cambio di biancheria quotidiana.

  We stayed here in January 2016 as a family with four young children and loved our experience. The hosts were extremely warm and put out a good spread for breakfast. They provided us with toys for the kids, a guidebook, and free water and snacks. The location is stunning and very well situated in the old town. The hotel is picturesque and surrounded by good restaurants. There is a great top floor shared lounge with an incredible view of the city and surrounding countryside. The rooms are basic and not large, but they are cozy. It's a good value. The owners run a restaurant in a nearby piazza which is also definitely worth a try.

  Hotel Pallotta was wonderful! Stefano was so helpful, and so friendly, he made me feel right at home. Great location, comfortable rooms.

  Very charming. Wonderful breakfast. The bathroom does have an odd shower arrangement but I believe that is common in Assisi. I took a shower every morning and found it to be no problem at all. The breakfast was the best of the three hotels we stayed in in Italy. Nice observation room upstairs. Friendly staff. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Great value too.
