Noisy street, curtains stick your body in the bathroom because of tiny space and water remains on the floor after you've taken a shower.

The women at the front desk not so welcoming or courteous. Huge dust bunnies under the bed. Toilet seat broken and the cleaners didn't inform management, I did. They fixed the next day after waking us up by banging on the door and repeatedly calling the room before 9 am! I was on vacation and not happy to be woken. They also demanded full payment on first day of arrival, something not mentioned at time of booking. They advertise air conditioning in the rooms, read closer and it's by payment. Bathrooms are tiny, the toilet is in the shower. The location is excellent thoughthe service leaves something to be desired.

La nostra famiglia si è trovata molto bene, mare a due passi, colazione buona, stanza pulita, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Unica cosa che non va tanto bene sono i bagni senza box doccia. Comunque ci torneremo sicuramente

Allora.. Hotel a 1 stella.. Accoglienza pietososa molto scortesi.. Colazione povera.. Non hanno rifatto il letto in camera.. Il bagno e piccolissimo senza piatto doccia.. Lo sconsiglio..

The hotel is rather ok. Clean and close to the sea. Some of the receptionists spoke English, some only Italian and Russian. The breakfasts were very minimalistic with bread, croissants, jam, Nutella and cornflakes as only options.
Usually I would give 2 stars, but there was one worker deserving 5 stars by herself. Though she was only cleaning staff she was all the time helpful no matter what the case was, always smiling (the rest seemed rather grumpy or neutral in best case) and able to communicate in every language the receptionists lacked at the moment. These are the people I want to remember after holidays :)
Tip: the Mister Grillo Restaurant next door has awesome dishes with seafruits - the paella is a must - try! Also, the hotel gives a 10% discount for this restaurant.response / report this review -

I can simply tell two stories to explain.
FIRST - I and my pregnant wife arrived late at night to check in and the consierge said it was too late so he suggested to walk outside in the streets until morning when we could have found the manager to check in.
SECOND - my wife went during the night downstairs to ask for a plastic glass and some water to take an aspirin and the consierge almost refused to do so because it was late at night and he had to go all the way to the kitchen for the glass.
I'm just simply speechless. Don't ever come to this hotel if you wanna relax.response / report this review
