Very nice hotel. 4 stars because they refunded our money, because when arriving late, the road through town didn't feel like they warm, inviting Italian feel we were used to and wanted to change our 3 night stay to 1 night. Would be a great place if you wanted to enjoy the many amenities of the hotel and not venture far away. The facility is very well kept. The restaurant food was average.

Incredibly clean. Friendly staff. Amazing free shuttle. Only downside was that the restaurant was overcrowded which put a strain on the service, and they lock the air conditioning so you can't make your room comfortable

This is now my fourth time at this hotel. It's a very lovely looking four star hotel, with all mod cons. Lovely swimming pool. Breakfast included in the cost of your room with fantastic a la carte menu. Cost of the room is very reasonable and competitive considering it's four star. Highly recommended. All the staff are very friendly and hard working, always catering to your needs. They speak good English. Parking facility is off road which is located behind the hotel. Highly recommended.

Great and pleasant staff however they do not take pride at making coffee at the morning or simply not trained, pitty as they got all the right gear, breakfast is ok and accommodate gluten free ( you'll need to ask for the bread 😀 ), we booked this hotel as it offered a balcony as we like to have our morning coffee that way but when we arrived we were informed that this is not the case so verify prior to arrival and get it in writing just in case, our mattress was broken and they ' fixed' it by turning it over which didn't help

We stayed in Hotel Olimpico during the summer in June. We are a family of 6 from Ireland. The hotel is outstanding in terms of it's service and food. There was a large pool and a mini playground with a private beach reserved for the guests opposite the hotel. The seating at the beach was very comfortable and free of charge. There was a bar there also for our use. The meals were large and very delicious. The waiters made the meals even better! They were always polite and happy. The rooms were in good condition too. We had lovely sea views which were fantastic when the sun was setting. We could hear the sea from our rooms. Overall our experience with Hotel Omlipico was amazing! Thank you to our waiters Loris, Antonio and Christine who made it even better! A car is useful for sightseeing. But there is a shuttle bus outside the hotel.

Lovely attractive hotel with excellent prices. Reception staff were lovely, professional and spoke English very well and made us feel very welcome. We ate in the restaurant each of the 3 evenings we were there, unfortunately one evening the restaurant was over run with noisy unruly children who were allowed to play with the concierge trolley making for very dangerous play. No one intervened.
I would definitely consider staying again as the accommodation was very comfortable.

My wife & I, along with my brother & his wife spent 5 enjoyable days at Olimpico. We were greeted warmly and given the keys to our comfortable, well-appointed rooms with balcony and view of the pool. Even though the hotel is a shuttle bus ride from the center of Salerno, we felt that the value we received, in terms of the delicious free breakfast, the comfortable rooms, and beautiful grounds were well worth the choice. The service was attentive, and the shuttle bus ran on time every trip. The staff are lovely, the food is quite superb. All home cooking, you dont want to consider eating in the town when there is such a lovely restaurant in nice atmosphere by the pool. Thanks and see you soon!!
