They have given it a lick of paint, which looks a lot smarter. This is the only hotel I stay at in Trieste, convenient, good breakfast and does the job! The barman however needs to be more aware of his duties!!

I really like hotel networks, because they guarantee quality and you always know what to expect. NH Trieste is well situated nice hotel with friendly staff.

We booked small standard room for one night travel stay and everything was perfect - nice clean room, big LCD TV, free WiFi, bathroom amenities, complimentary water, minibar, and the big plus is really very comfortable bed.

The only small minus facts - hotel hasn’t it’s own garage, the bathroom is really small and the room and furniture look little bit old and used.

But it’s absolutely ok and everything was fully functional. I really recommend this hotel for business and traveling.

I've been there for a medical congress. The hall is very neat, and the rooms assigned to the event have been comfortable and with all the necessary tools. Sound was clear and food was good quality. The only complaint is for the chairs: after 8hrs they seemed too hard and the lack of the writing table for these events is far too important to not be mentioned.

For a period of 4 four months, I stayed several times in this hotel, in many rooms, for business.
This hotel has old infrastructure lacking maintenance. The showers will not have stable temperature, sometimes changing to very hot water within a couple of seconds.
Generally, the rooms are not very clean, it is possible to listen road all night. When it is windy, the windows will let the air in and it is possible to hear the blow all night. I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an ok hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean but look a bit old.

What bothered me were the ashtrays just outside the main entrance, forcing non smokes to walk through smoke and bad smell.

Still, breakfast buffet was super delicious!

Good location for the train station and easy walk to the center along the water front. Room is clean and quiet - bathroom with tub. A/C works well. Check-in was easy and English was spoken.
