L'albergo è in ottima posizione,le camere sono discrete,il personale gentile ma sul servizio ristorante ho da fare delle critiche:non si può dichiarare sul sito internet che si propone cucina tradizionale della Val Badia e poi ci si vede proporre menu che,buoni per carità , non si possono nemmeno lontanamente paragonare con la vera cucina altoatesina!

Hotel 4 stelle situato in posizione tranquilla, suite con angolo cottura, vista stupenda sulla vallata con alle spalle il monte Sassongher.
Possibilità di suite in multiproprietà .
Bar, ristorante, taverna, palestra, sauna e bagno turco.

Once and never again!
The pictures on the website can not be taken in the hotel! The rooms are old and shabby, the whole hotels smells like toilet rim block.
The wifi is broken, does not work. For the Parking area you have to pay on top, for the old 1,5 Square Meters Sauna they charge 12 EUR per Person, the breakfast is okay, but you have to pay for your cappuccino on top - no comment in a ****Hotel!!!
The only star they earn is for a clean bathroom, but the price per room is like a ****-Hotel!response / report this review -

In qualità di comproprietario di periodo in multiproprietà conosco molto bene la struttura. È una costruzione non recente e sebbene mantenuta con attenzione dalla proprieta mostra ormai segni di usura evidente in particolare sulle forniture, porte e infissi. Gli ambienti comuni sono ben tenuti ed accoglienti. Lo staff è sempre molto disponibile e cordiale. Buona posizione.

Forse sono di parte dato che ci sono cresciuto dentro da quando avevo 2 anni Però l'albergo è davvero accogliente e riservato, adatto soprattutto ad un pubblico adulto o a famiglie giovani, purtroppo non do le 5 stelle perché l'animazione è andata via via sparendo negli anni Inoltre anche l'angolo cottura sembra destinato alla stessa fine, un vero peccato
