Amazing place! A true gem with breath-taking gardens, impeccable service and staff, delicious food, and even a swimming pool. Rooms are super spacious and very clean, well equipped. This is surely to become a favourite weekend escape. Easy to get to from the airport and a nice walk away from Old Town.

Had a wonderful week in Bari.visited many places using trains.hotel is only 10min walk and to the old town 20min.rooms are big and clean.a very hearty breakfast each morning.we ate every evening at the hotel .food is simply awesome.the staff is very helpful and most kind.if i ever come back again i surely choose this hotel again.thank you all for your hospitality.

Ver nice and clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Rooms very big. We asked for a kettle but did not get one. Restaurant is for fine dining. Good food but not enough to satisfy our appetite. Beautiful garden and pool. Away from restaurants.

I would say that this place has the strict minimum it takes for a 4 star hotel. Even though it is a beautiful hotel, the service is not quite there yet. The rooms are quite average. Free parking is a + if you have a car, which I recommend since it is a not so enjoyable 20 minute walk from the city centre.
We have arrived very tired to the hotel straight to a room that smelled like an old ashtray. Now this is supposed to be a smoking free establishment. After I requested a room change, the A/C in "the only other room available" made a non-stop beep noise, so I requested for it to be repared asap so we can sleep on that very hot night, but they told us to wait until the next day an either sleep without the Air Conditioning or with a constant beeping sound. No remedies whatsoever were undertaken for that bad night we had experienced.
Next morning, we decided to go for an express breakfast at the bar, after which we were charged more than the price that was written on our room's flyer menu.
All I can say is that there is "room" for improvement

Well appointed rooms with ample space. The landscape presents a parklike and peaceful presence. Restaurant is
Great, with superb wait staff named Mikele and colleagues.Recommed cappricola with buffalota as an appetizer.
I would have bumped up a star for the restaurant, but the meal sizes are quite skimpy..just three micro shrimp and a sliver of cuttle fish. I would have been embarrassed to make the presentation.
To the CEO/manager, I would pay to achieve more fish and less pasta.why the skimpy style?

Good location. Clean, close to the railway station, staff is nice and polite. The restaurant is good with an appreciable menu. The swimming pool is nice and the park belonging to the Villa is gorgeous even if not so big.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, good size rooms and shower. When you drive in the parking lot it feels like an oasis. Restaurant, it's a thumbs-down in my opinion, definitely not worth the money.

Wonderful location. Too much steps in the '800 house, but great professionalism by staff. Great space for parking, not easy to reach (few info).
The lunch was great with special Puglia's dishes!

The room was big and clean. The stuff was very nice and competent. The surrounding area of the hotel was very green. The had planted lots of palm trees, they made a little park and they had an amazing pool. Would recommend staying there.
