Not up to a 4 star hotel. Between the road and the airport !

We arrived late in the night before our back flight. The hotel host was polite but didn't help us to carry our luggage up to the second floor without lift in a 4 stars hotel!
So, no lift, no possibility to load the iPhone in the room, no help.Sorry but I'm expecting more for 4 stars standard. Wouldn't come back hereresponse / report this review -

Beatiful resort, a rich breakfast, large rooms and bathrooms. Great gardening around the place.

Beautiful hotel and the staff was wonderful! If I get to visit this island again I know where I'm staying, the Hotel Magaggiari!

Even if ouer (my girlfriend and myself) stay at Magaggiari was short lived due to booking problems with holliday's booked and groupon, we enjoyed ouer time there tremendously. The lodgings and infrastructure were very nice and clean, but that wasn't the best part. The best part of ouer stay at Magaggiari was the service provided by the entire staff. Not only were they very helpfull and friendly as should be expected, but they also provided that 'little' extra by making it feel like you were staying at familly of your own in sicilly. A special thanks should go out to Enza (a member of the staff) for her kind and genuine friendship and interesting insights concerning the island of Sicilly.
