Friendly, attentive staff. Great ski room with ski boot dryer/heater. Good buffet both for breakfast and starters/deserts during dinner. Spacious, well cleaned rooms.

On december 2013 we have spent one week at the Apartments Nuova Villa. On the last day of our ski trip I have forgotten the keys from my own apartment.
I have called the Hotel immediately to inform them about my issue and they have found the forgotten keys. At the beginning it seemed like a happy end of the story, but that was just the beginning.
Long story short:
In order to get my keys back, I had to call them 3 more times and exchange 20 e-mails. After 24 (twenty-four!) days they finally decided to send me the keys.
Despite spending several hundreds euro during our ski trip, I had to pay for the delivery as well.
The accommodation was cosy and reasonably priced, though.response / report this review
