Very rude staff. Wrote an email asking whether it was possible to get a spot for my tent. I specified that it was for the same night as when I sent the email and I would arrive between 10 pm and 11 pm. Then I got an email asking WHEN I would like a night. I found that peculiar, but just wrote back that I was interested in this very night. Got no answer so I called them. A rude woman answered. She was the one who had replied to my email. She almost shouted at me that I had just asked for a space without specifying when. Again not choosing to bring up that matter as German is not my native tongue, I just told her that I had replied to her question. Then she just shouted that she had plenty of other things to do than check email. Upon moving the conversation forward she told me that it would not be possible to arrive any later than 10 pm as the camp ground wouldn't be accessible. Don't count on these people to care for you at all. They've used up all their fake friendliness on their website.

We were on the camping and the staff weren't that interested in us at all. We saw that they paid all attention at the hotel guests. Not service minded at all.

Great smal lokaal hotel and Mini camping. Perfect for a passing through night stay. The red wine was great.

You can easily reach the place, also using Google Maps. Staff is very helpful and available, no problem with languages (they are normally Italian/German). Common places in the hotel are very warm in winter, and are made in a very pleasant style, with fireplaces, comfy sofas. In Christmas time the outdoor is beautifully adorned. Normal room are a bit small, as bathrooms, but very clean. As for food, they seem to give more importance to external look than taste (but as I'm from southern Italy I'm very picky about food). They also have several facilities in their spa (2 saunas, 2 pools and much more). Indeed I advise this hotel.
