It's really more a kind of hotel that you can visit when you have nowhere to go or have to save some money. There are no pools of any sort, no sizeable rooms or comfy bathrooms.
The receptionist is very kind and helpful though, and she makes an effort to try to give you the best experience possible.response / report this review -

Do not come here unless you are driving your own car and you are ok with every single item in the property being 5-20 years old or more. This is a hotel way off the beaten path for being in the vicinity of Rome. I ended up here because it came up on Expedia as being reasonably priced and close to Ciampino Airport. Mistake.

Staff is extremely attentive and helpful and after a long day the last thing you need is getting attitude for requesting extra towels they are happy to go the extra mile or kilometer to tend to your needs.

Stayed at this hotel our first night outside of Rome and found both the staff and accommodation to be very good. Our room was perfect with a balcony overlooking the outskirts of Rome in the distance. The couple at the desk were also very helpful with directions for the surrounding area. Breakfast was also more than satisfactory. Would recommend this hotel.

Couldn't find a better option in the area. Spacious, clean, quiet and great service. Unbeatable value for money. Don't miss the restaurant near by La Collina but go there with plenty of room in your estomach!!! Ahh book it up in advance
