Struttura molto bella e ambiente spettacolare . Peccato per il cibo in cui trovavo molto spesso capelli biondi

Bella la piscina. Da rivedere gli interni un po' datati. Il piano bar serale può dar noia.

We stayed 4 Nights at the Kyrie Hotel. First of all we want to resume that despite our negative Review (1 Star) we had a lovely time on Tremiti Island thanks to the beautiful nature in which the hotel is located and the very Kind and pleasant staff of Kyrie Hotel (at least the majority). The Hotel itself does not live up a 4 Star category Hotel (especially its Service) in our opinion.
When we arrived it didn't even occur the driver of the included shuttle to help me or my wife with our luggage. An unpleasant way of being 'welcomed'. His unhelpful and unfriendly way was the same every time we made use of the shuttleservice from the hotel to the port. In general we would have expected more service for example when checking in there were no informations given to us, that there is a private beach, There are Pool opening Hours (10-13 and 16-20), the fact itself is beyond me why you wouldn't want the People to Go to the Pool the hottest Time a day, which we weren't told although we were calling before, since a Pool was crucial for the decision staying at Kyrie. Same with the wifi, although in the description, the wifi was only in the lobby and didn't connect with any of our devices throughout the whole stay. When asking why it doesn't work the receptionist showed his private mobile phone with the words 'look, mine is working maybe there are too many people using it'. Breakfast was very delicious with freshly made juices. One morning while being at the buffet to refill a boy, it appeared as if he was part of the hotel, took my chair although my wife was sitting still at the table right next to the chair he took and didn't respond in any way of her carrying a new chair to the table so that I could sit down. Being experienced with Italian hotels, we didn't expect the staff to talk English very well but when calling for a reservation we were told to call again a few hours later cause no one was able to take our call. We hope this detailed review will contribute to improve the service so that we can recommend Kyrie as a 4 star Hotel with a clear conscience.

È la seconda volta che vengo in questo posto. Contesto tranquillo e gentile. Si mangia benissimo. Sia gli antipasti molto generosi che le altre proposte di primi e secondi. Da provare sicuramente

Posiziine strategica a mwta tra il paese e la spiaggia/porto. Camere comode e spaziose, non particolarmente ricercate o nuove ma dotate di spazio esterno sul retro con tavolini e sedie per piacevoli minuti di relax all'aria aperta. Personale cortese e disponibile. Discreta colazione. Bella la piscina. Un pò alti i prezzi del ristorante.

Sono multiproprietario da oltre 7 anni.Albergazione perfetta come reception e camere.Tutto ciò che afferisce a cucina,bar è da 1 stella a cominciare dagli orari.Non è possibile avere un caffè prima delle ore 8 .. assurdo!

posto molto carino e in ottima posizione rispetto ai principali punti di interesse dell'isola, personale molto gentile, piscina carina ma un pò sporca. Anche la pulizia nella sala da colazione lasciava un pò a desiderare, il bagno era con docce a sifone un pò scomode per noi che viaggiavamo con un bimbo!complessivamente buono ma non vale a pieno la cifra pagata!
