Not sure its quite up to 4 stars. The delux room was a bit dated - perhaps not worth the extra but staff were friendly.

A lovely old-fashioned hotel, lost in the mists of time. Nice food, helpful smiling staff, plus excellent pool and thermal spa facilities, all combine to give a very pleasant stay.

Okay place to stay and deserves its 4 star rating. It's a 15 minute walk to the shops and quality wise is okay.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional.
Everything was perfect: the location, just a stone's thrown from the city center; the room, with the balcony and a panoramic view of the Castle; the staff that was friendly, helpful and absolutely professional; and last but not the least, the food at dinner which was delicious, with local food and dishes.
The hotel has two outdoor pools and one indoor thermal pool, with spa. You can use the pool and the sauna for free and have massages and other beauty treatments at an extra cost.
The location is great, you can have a walk at night on the main Corso and have something to drink without having to take the car.
I can't find any remarkable downsides, but if I had to mention something, I'd say that some areas of the hotel and the rooms need some renovation. And that if you are looking for an hotel that is close to the beach, well, this is not the place for you.
It was good value for the money, I'd absolutely recommend this hotel and I'll come back here for sure.

Davvero bello il soggiorno presso l'hotel Hermitage e Park Terme! L'hotel offre due piscine esterne, una delle quali termale, oltre ad un percorso termale esterno. Il giardino è curato, accogliente e molto grande, con tavoli e sdraio in posizioni strategiche (gazebo, panorama). Spa molto rilassante con piscina d'acqua salata calda e percorso Kneipp, sdraio e luci soffuse con giochi cromatici. Cena al ristorante dell'albergo assolutamente da consigliare. Un anniversario perfetto!

Nice hotel, two pools, one more of a party pool, one quieter. When we stayed, some rooms had Wi-Fi, some did not. All common areas had wifi.

Not really for family holidays, they lack of proper facilities. Food is average,not particularly good. Some senior staff are quite unpleasant to deal with.
