As usual, we have already enjoyed the welcome and the catering service, always attentive to make us happy. Although the comfort of the room seems a bit rough considering the quality that can represent a 5 star, the view of the room compensates for a large part. Our stay unfortunately was shortened not by the weather unpleasant but by our professional load too intense and we are the first sorry and affected.

We love everything about this hotel - the setting (a blue lagoon with a sandy beach), the rooms (well appointed, with a generous size and comfortable bathrooms), the people - ever so friendly, helpful and cheerful, the food - delicious, the sports amenities - one can do so many things here - swim in the pool or the sea, play tennis or golf, do the diving.
Each time we come here, we have a perfect combination of relaxation and fun.

rooms in the mainbuilding are nice but you can here your neighbors very good
Dinner was very good, but too bad to sit inside in the big hall instead of outside in the nature. This was a big minus for us to sit inside by all these very nice evenings

This was one of our best family holidays ever - from the time of booking our stay to the time of leaving we received an impeccable service. The grandeur of the Hermitage is charming and welcoming to the point you don't wanna leave! We were looking for beautiful natural surroundings, good sea and swimming pool , good Italian food, rest and relax as a family, activity for our child and we got all that and more.
Well done to the Hermitage Team (and Family) for doing such an excellent job in assuring your guests with a memorable family holiday. We hope to be back many times!

We stayed for one week in May 2016. This is our second time at the hotel. Our room was on the hill with seaview as requested. Daily clean-up and evening turndown were perfect. The amenities are top notch. We used the pool, pool bar, beach, beach bar, boat rental, spa (couple massage), golf, Salute trail, among other things. The half-board option is terrific. Breakfast buffet and dinner are both very copious and the food is delicious. In addition to a 3-course dinner, having a separate salad bar, cheese table, and dessert buffet for dinner is extremely convenient. All employees in all departments are very attentive, professional, and personable. Many thanks for making our stay so enjoyable to our waiter, Maurizio, the wine steward, Michele, and also to Aldo and Gianmarco!
