We stayed for an extended weekend. The hotel is stretched out across several old buildings, making it a bit confusing to find your way around. However, everything is nicely renovated and designed. Rooms are cozy, warm and spacious. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but offered a good selection. The only problem is with the parking. You either have to pay to extra to park in the garage, or you try to squeeze into a free parking space in the back. Otherwise, great for weekend and longer stays.

Nice and clean hotel in the city center. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Spa and swimming pools are included in the stay. The breakfast is really excellent. There is a restaurant too. The rooms facing the city center have a beautiful view.

Great family-owned (since 18th century!) hotel with a strong Tyrolean ambience! Came here for the second time (first time was one night only) and can't find the words how I enjoyed this place during the longer time. The location, the view, the wellness area, the restaurant, finally the church bells gently reminding it's time to get up and enjoy the new day in South Tyrol. Everything was great and I will surely recommend this hotel and town - still a hidden gem for the most of international visitors. P.s. By the way, Brixencard is a real treat!

Unbelievable lunch feast. You really get a lot for your money and the food is good. Also the desserts! The guys are really fast and can serve many in a short time.

The room is small but cozy. The breakfast and dinner is great. The location of the hotel is just near the city center. Hotel also provide free swimming pool and fitness room.
