Location was excellent once you found it but that's half the fun. Our room was ready early and was quite comfortable if small. Shower could have used something to hold soap or shampoo but otherwise worked fine. I would stay there again. Breakfast was wonderful

Gorgeous little gem of a hotel! I'd say the upper side of 3 star, if not 4. Charming library with terrace with fresco ceiling. Roof top terrace (no bar, just tables and chairs) with great view. Great location near all historical sites. Very central. Good strong shower, stayed in 201, twin room. Soap, shower gel provided. Little hot hair dryer. Double glazing. French style shutters on windows. Breakfast is DIY buffet. Bread, oats, pastries, meats, cheeses, juices. They don't seem to make bread here with any salt in it, throughout Perugia. Still nice though. You can order whatever coffee if you don't like filter.

The hotel is basically on main street, and for a building that is over 600 years old, the amenities were suprisingly modern. The WiFi in the economy-class room was spotty at times, but according to the front desk this is unusual, and they had been having wifi issues that day due to outside forces. The dining area was decorated with a ceiling painted in the 17th century, and so was the sitting area on the third floor. I was surprised how amazing the view was; it is one of the tallest buildings in the city, so from the top floor you're able to look out over miles of city, hills, farms, villages, and mountains. My remote for the AC was broken, but it was a seasonably cool night so it did not bother me. My biggest complaint was that the beds drifted apart over the night. My better half woke up in the space where the two beds separated, suspended in a hammock of sheets. As this was an economy-class room, however, this is expected in Europe. I just wish that the casters on the bed weren't quite so slippery. I am planning to stay here again if I can ever visit Perugia, and next time I think it will be well worth it to pay for the executive room!

Colazione a buffet abbondante!

    Ottima struttura insomma.
