Sono stato più volte cliente di questo splendido hotel, che dire conferma sempre la sua eccellenza, ho festeggiato qui il mio Matrimonio e rivissuto l'anniversario di esso, ho cenato e pranzato anche Presso il "ristorante" dell'hotel ed ogni volta è stato un vero e proprio piacere, ogni prodotto altamente selezionato e di qualità di cui molti prodotti sono di Produzione propria come l'ottimo vino dell'azienda agricola sansalvatore1988 per non parlare delle mozzarelle e della ricotta veramente ottime e sempre freschissime cosi come per l'olio tutto a KM 0! I proprietari e lo staff sono gentilissimi e disponibili ed esaudire tutte l'esigenze dei propri clienti, locali pulitissimi e molto curati nell'aspetto, piatti ottimamente equilibrati senza cadere troppo nella nouvelle cuisine. Che dire è veramente un posto incantevole! Sicuramente ci ritornerò! È veramente una struttura eccellente! Complimenti!

This place is in the wedding business. Hotel guests are second class citizens. Keys repeatedly stopped working. No access to pool and garden for our two night stay due to weddings.

We stayed here for 5 nights and overall we has a very nice time but there's some aspects the hotel needs to improve on. The pool, gardens and surrounds are very modern, nice and clean. The rooms are nice and spacious. The reception and restaurant service staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was very expansive and they offered high quality produce which was fantastic. The food and service in the restaurant was exceptional, although the servings were very small. Now for some negative points:
* We pulled up to the hotel in our car and weren't offered any help to carry our bags despite us seeing numerous staff in the lobby area just staring at us. This was quite strange and certainly didn't set a good tone for the stay.
* There were no staff around the pool so if you wanted a drink or if you needed sun beds (there was a short supply of sun beds), you had to walk to reception and ask which is rather annoying. On the one occasion we did order drinks to the pool, we waited for 30-45 minutes then I had to walk back to the bar to remind them and ended up carrying them down myself. Why not have someone come down to the pool every 30 minutes and ask if anyone would like drinks? It's an opportunity to create more revenue.
*The shower leaked in the bathroom - easily fixed but the hotel should keep on top of maintenance issues like this.
* The A/C was very noisy - same as above
* WiFi was extremely slow and there was no coverage in the restaurant or pool - look to invest in a decent internet connection and wifi extenders for your hotel guests.
* The "double bed" is the usual european standard of pushing 2 single beds together - I know this is normal in Europe but it's still something to mention.response / report this review -

Excellent hotel - peaceful, spotless, excellent service. The restaurant is superb both in terms of cuisine and service. Impeccable. Highly recommended, we enjoyed our stay very much. Great value, a gem of a hotel. Pasquale will take good care of you in the restaurant.
