Charming, basic hotel a few minutes away from the city center. The property is basic but very quaint, the staff extremely nice and kind. The only sour note is breakfast, extremely poor in quality, quantity and selection.

Perfect location and staff. This hotel has very spacious rooms ,beautifull view and the beach and center are within walking distance. The hotel building is very beautifull

Location is perfect. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Parking located across the hotel. Rooms are a bit small. Hotel and staff is lovely and helpful. Train station to Cinque Terre is about 15 min walk.

Хорошая тройка. Чисто, интернет, большие номера. Рядом бесплатная городская парковка. Минус только один, завтрак без горячего, то есть ни амлета ни чего либо подобного. Только бутерброды, фрукты и кексы.

La struttura è fantastica, una villa d’epoca con giardino molto ben curata, i proprietari simpatici, accoglienti e disponibili. Di fronte all’hotel c’è inoltre un parco, ideale per i bambini e che permette di arrivare sul lungomare a piedi in pochi minuti. Caldamente consigliato!

Mai trovato persone così maleducate in vita mia.
Prenotiamo al telefono una camera per mia madre, il giorno successivo ci chiamano dicendoci che per una svista della segretaria la camera l'hanno data via e ce ne sarebbe solo un'altra, una doppia uso singolo e quindi più costosa (da €80 a €125 a notte).
La proprietaria dopo aver ammesso la svista della segretaria aggiunge: "ormai è successo e non posso mica licenziarla". Quando le dico (parole testuali) "troviamo una soluzione", la proprietaria parlando col marito dice "capitano tutti a noi" e a quel punto il marito prende il telefono e dice (testuale) "è un rapporto iniziato male, un rapporto del ca@#o" e mi appende il telefono.
Io allibito richiamo e gli improperi continuano e mi riappende nuovamente.
Ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo per diletto e per lavoro, sono stato in alberghi 5L come in pensioni, ma un comportamento del genere, soprattutto da parte dei proprietari, veramente mi mancava.response / report this review
