Outdated and shower too small, but very clean and has friendly staff. About 20min walk from the main square in Sorrento so not ideal for elderly or carrying children.

Great location in St Agnello. 3 star hotel close to the train station. Two minutes on the train to Sorrento. Small pool area. Good food.

Good value I suppose, and the staff were wonderful, but air con was sub par. Not much relief from the oppressive heat outside. Wifi and shower not great either. Very long walk from everything. Not a problem once I rented a scooter.

We had a good time at Hotel Club Sorrento. We were a bit reserved by other reviews about the hotel, and while not everything was perfect it was way better than described by some reviewers.
Room is compact, but nicely furnished and clean.
The beautiful garden with pool is very well designed and has plenty of sun or shade to sit. With the staff willingly bringing out drinks during the day.
The rooftop terrace gave amazing views on the Napels Bay and should be better advertised. The jacuzzi also is very nice but ask early on the day because it takes a while to heat up.
The hotel is nicely located near a station making transit to Sorrento and Pompeii very easy. Also walking around in Sant'Agnello is fun with nice restaurants to go to.
Overal food is not very good.
Breakfast looks very nice, but the freshly made products were laying uncovered on display from 7 in the morning. At around 9 they were hard enough to hammer nails. Skip the coffee at the breakfast and ask in the lobby bar. Had a sandwich for lunch once because we had a lazy day in the hotel, but that was just two slices of factory bread left from the breakfast. We didn't have dinner there, that just looked like a waste of time.
Staff however was amazing and made us feel at home and sad for leaving.response / report this review -

Excellent holiday hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of visiting Saint Agnello in Italy. The staff here are very welcoming and have gone beyond the call of duty to make our stay special. We upgraded our room and it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is close to the bus stops and train station. You can walk in to Sorrento, however it is much quicker by bus or train. With so much to see and do, a week is just not long enough!

Breakfast was not good. Very far from the best places in the area. I for a taxi and they order a limo so cost a lot to go 1 Ile to train statiom

Stayed here three times over the years it's got better every time, last time was May two years ago they've had a first class refurb especially liked the colour changing bar beer is very competitively priced and cheaper than most bars in the immediate vicinity (Nasty Azzuro 660ml bottle was three Euros) Good plentiful breakfast clean rooms and plenty of hot water, I like the place because it's not like a Hilton or such like.

Good location for Sorrento (25mins walk) & train station for further afield, hotel itself is a good quality 3 star hotel, no more no less.
