Stayed two nights in this hotel. This hotel has a good potential but bad management. It has its own beach but the beach is not maintained, full of trash and I saw some strayed dogs running arround - very messy. The room was ok and the sheets were clean but the bathroom has seen better times, the toilet was rinsing all the time, you could hear the water leaking and I could not fall asleep because of it - needed to put earplugs to be able to sleep - terrible. The hotel has its own pool, which was clean and I enjoyed it. The breakfast was the poorest I have ever seen, no real choice whatsoever. Dinner was mediocre at best. This hotel needs new management and a small investment to put the private beach in shape and fix the broken toilets and heaters. I dont recommend to stay here at all.

At all my experience of travel it is a little paradise, one of the best on our planet. From the atmosphere of beautiful bays of the province of Palermo, to room service's attitude - everything is ideal. Here you can also taste real Sicilian kitchen, because they have a great chef, who was awarded with a Michelin star. High level of service, as well as adornments, leaves only good impression. Then you have a desire to tell about this place to your friends.

The first thing that comes to mind when I think about Hotel Solunto Mare is an incredible beauty of this place. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful bays of the province of Palermo. The hotel corresponds to a posh place where it is located, a beautiful private beach, pool, and spacious rooms. And chic Sicilian kitchen, which is running under the control of the chef, with a Michelin star.
