Pretty hotel which has regular transport to the town and beach. Good choice of food in the restaurant, the hotel is really clean throughout and has helpful staff

Staying in July 2016 and would happily say this was the most lovely place. Huge, clean rooms, prosecco on arrival, amazing food and drinks on all inclusive (birra moretti and prosecco all day long), lovely staff and a beautiful setting. Cannot fault anything. Absolutely the most relaxing week and would highly recommend to all age groups. We are late twenties and plenty to keep us occupied but quiet enough for families and older couples. A trip to Taormina is a must as is the Gambino winery up mount Etna. Wonderful, wish I was still there.

Wide and green spaces allow for comfortable stay even for long periods at a time. Great selection of food coupled with the option for all-inclusive stay (meaning you won't ever have to take out your wallet) makes relax an unavoidable part of your holiday. The animation team is always able to paint a smile on you without ever being pushy.
The only negative remark I have with this hotel is the room cleaning service: inefficient and slow, you often get back to your room before it has seen any sign of cleaning, which, when present, is approximate at best.response / report this review -

Just returned after having the most wonderful holiday at the Caesar Palace Hotel. Almost don't want to share this adorable place and want to keep it all to myself but what made it so great was the lovely friendly staff who were only too happy to help and give you their best attention.
Food and restaurant staff very good too only wish id stayed longer. going back soon.response / report this review
