Internet frustrating but otherwise charming, clean, well located, and very helpful.

The room was fine and clean, but the owner was rude and very unhelpful. Gave us no information about the area, forced us to check out early and was reluctant to keep our luggage after checkout. He also misinformed us about our trip to Riomaggiore. The place is highly overrated. I recommend staying somewhere in La Spezia if you want to spend a day or two exploring Cinque Terre.

Really nice hotel for the location, a bit of a hike from the train station up the hill. The beds are a bit hard but it's a clean nice hotel

I stayed here from 20th May to 23rd May '16 with my wife. You can't find better place to stay in Manarola. This property is recently renovated and very clean, Also the location is very nice. I would love to visit Cinque Terra again and would love to stay at the same place again.
