  It's a very nice hotel but they can do much better. I think the best times of this hotel is gone.
  
  There is animation for the kids which is positive. The swimming pool is nice but why the hell are they playing loud music or DJ. I thought it was a relaxing spa hotel. Nothing relaxed about it.
  
  Too many people, not relaxing at all during our stay. I'm glad it was only for one night. Also breakfast was terrible. A lot of people on a small place, food was less then average.

  Sono stato al baglio basile periodo pasqua 2017 con un Gruppo di amici fans club Semprenomadi m.comense Como . Tutti soddisfatti per il trattamento l'ospitalita dello staff in generale .E dei musicisti cantanti. La splendida voce di (Valentina ferreri mezzosoprano)e Del suo pianista. E gli splendidi ragazzi che ci davano inspirazione al ballo con molto professionalita'.il cibo ottimo e anche l'organizzazione in generale.Gigi.G.

  I was there two weeks ago with my family.Very friendly people at reception,good entertaiment for kids,rooms very clean,good food,just little far away for the beach;but no problems since there are all day shuttle bus from hotel to beach.Anyway all together was very positive.
