Two years of Covid have wiped out the managerial and managerial skills of many hotels. It will take years before we get back on top and return to previous levels. The commitment of many is not lacking, but the previous results are very far away. Inactivity has created damage that will last a long time to come.

We just stayed for one night in this hotel. We had never been guests here but we trusted the opinion of some relatives who have stayed there several times. We immediately found some flaws that we attributed to the fact that we are only at the beginning of the season (the swimming pool was unusable, the one for the children was definitely dirty while the one for the adults was filling it, not bad in any case since we were able to use the Beach service). The room was quite small but for just one night it was just fine, decent cleaning apart from some slightly dirty towels. When we turned on the shower water went down yellow for a few minutes, it did not make a good impression but these are not the reasons that led us to leave a not so favorable review The 2 stars assigned are exclusively dedicated to girl who greeted us at the reception, super nice and helpful, even let us use the room longer than expected as they had no other people arriving in the room and we thank her very much for everything. Decent breakfast at the adria hotel. Despite the flaws we would not have written this review if it weren't for the manager's response at the end of the stay.
After leaving the room we went to the Adria hotel to settle the bill (at the reception of the Ausonia hotel we did not find any staff), we paid and then out of kindness we relaxed at the Ausonia hotel to tell us about it. The answer from the gentleman we found at the reception was extremely rude, like a real boor, as if we had spied on informing them about it. Maybe we also misinterpreted the answer, but if he wanted to be nice, well, he wasn't. We have been several times in Milano Marittima in other structures and will return again but definitely not to the Ausonia hotel. Sin!response / report this review -

Unser Zimmer war eine einzige Baustelle Heizung wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt funktionierte nicht. Service Mieserabelst. Als uns das Wasser abgedreht wurde sind wir früher abgehauen - erstattung ein Angebot auf ein Abendessen für 3 Tage. Der Ort an sich super schönes Urlaubsziel , das Hotel Ausonia unter aller s** nie wieder.

ATTENZIONE.Albergo molto di famiglia.ma ce una pecca prima e un hotel senza pretesema per stare dei giorni e ok.aria condizionata da rivedere.E personale maschile molto maleducato specialmente un ragazzo della reception di una maleducazione inaudito.io personalmente andato come chef a visionare altri locali nella zona per consulenze.metto un 5 perché è una location ripeto molto alla mano senza pretese.. ma per il personale maschile ATTENZIONE HAI PROPIETARI DELL HOTEL UNA COSA PIETOSA MENO 1 SERVIZIO.. PER IL RAGAZZO RECEPTION..GRAZIE

Noi siamo stati all hotel ausonia dal 5 al 9 agosto , albergo confortevole, personale gentile ed efficiente. Il ristorante piccolo ma ben organizzato, il mangiare molto buono e grande varietà di pietanze sia a pranzo che cena antipasto ricco e scelta fra quattro primi e quattro secondi. Le camere piccole forse un po troppo per un quattro stelle ma pulite . la piscina bella e pulita. Unica pecca poca animazione. Voto 8

A family-run hotel. The room was spacious enough for two people and the staff was very friendly (offered us "genuine Italian espresso"!)

Ci siamo affidati a questo hotel per due notti, periodo di Halloween. La prima impressione molto positiva. Una bella struttura. Non molto moderna, ma comunque calda ed accogliente.
Prima nota negativa, colazione non fornita dall'Hotel ma da una struttura vicina (HOTEL ADRIA). Per essere una hotel a 4 stelle che in teoria dovrebbe offrire colazione a molta gente (vi sono ben 3 sale preparate per la colazione), tanto la varietà del cibo e la qualità del servizio, sono molto deludenti. File per prendere del caffè. Fila per tostare il pane perché mettono a disposizione un solo apparecchio. Succhi di frutta imbevibili. Insomma sono andata al bar subito dopo.
La stanza doppia. Carina pulita ma mettevano a disposizione un cuscino molto comodo morbido altro e l'altro duro come un mattone di quelli fini fini.
Per il resto, personale molto simpatico ed accogliente. Pronti a rispondere ad ogni dubbio.

Camere discrete ma pulite. Cucina buona. L'unica pecca è il bagno convenzionato gestito da persone maleducate.

Arrivati in anticipo di 4 ore dall'orario x check in mi hanno dato subito la disponibilita' della camera ( ..un po' piccolina ma per 3 notti va bene cosi )buon rapporto prezzo qualità , e poi la cucina è buona con ricchi buffet sia a colazione e cena
