  Serviceable hotel. Rooms were noisy as marble hallways and stairwells echoed and could be clearly heard within the rooms. The bathroom door in our room didn't have a latch on it and would open at inopportune times. Great location.
  
  All considered, it was alright - but you can probably do better.

  This was not a four star hotel I would give it about 2 +¾ the staff were a little abrupt and not very helpful . The room we were given was very small and the bathroom was tiny , breakfast was good and plenty of choice on offer. Okay to get about ,but just not great . I would not stay here again.

  location is good and room is clean. however staff is unkind.
  If you can not understand what staff said, he will be irritable to you. If you make the staff repeat what he said, he will be angry to you. It was very disappointed

  It was decently clean and very close to the Roma Termini station. The hotel does have a bad noise problem (you will hear every single person that walks down the hallway and every car outside) and the bathrooms are TINY (I couldn't shower without bumping into the faucet) as well as the shower draining extremely slowly. Bed was a bit hard and breakfast was ok. It is ok for a quick stay but I wouldn't stay here more than 1-2 nights.

  Perfect Hotel! Location is excellent, right next to the Termini Station. Hotel reception - Leonardo Train to the Fiumicino Airport is less, then 10 min by walk. Rooms are clean, not big, but no need to be bigger. Perfect option for those, who wants to stay in a cozy, nice small hotel in the heart of the city. And the breakfast: it's amazing! :) If you need a hotel, don't search for an other one! Oh, and the price is more than great. (And no, I am not working there :) I just simply satisfied)
