I had a very disturbing time at this place during my visit to Italy. They had changed my room and moved my stuff without telling me. Some of my stuff was missing during this relocation. I am trying to take a legal action against them.

If you want to go somewhere to be treated like a child, this is the place to go! The manager didn't allow us to sit where we wanted to, but commanded us to sit where she wanted us to sit during breakfast. She rushed us out of the eating area when breakfast was finished and she said "You should of came earlier." We werent allowed to take our key out of the hotel. She wasnt concerned at all with the comfort of her guest. The location is beautiful, but I wish the service matched up with it.

Only positive is nice rooms, but the wifi they provide is bad, few service men for big hotel

The piace is immersed in the tuscan landscape, the rooms are spacious and the personnel very gentle and helpful.

We reserved a room for two and suddenly we had to share with 6 more!!!! If you are lucky, you find staff who speak English but most of the time, we had to suffer communicating in Italian. Eggs for breakfast were boiled probably a couple of days before!

I visited the place for a wedding. Extremely beautiful location, very good services, the food was great for the most.
