  Hotel bello ma con informazioni di.benvenuto false e non rispondenti alla realta'.
  Nel Sito compare la foto di una famiglia che non e' presente in hotel e se ti rechi vieni accolto da altre persone.
  Forse e' datata di qualche anno fa ma sarebbe da togliere e quelle persone non sono piu' insieme da tempo.

  Hotel che rispecchia la tradizione tirolese esteriornente bello ,ma con foto non reali(compare nel sito la foto di una famiglia che non e' presente in hotel e vieni accolto da altre persone all' arrivo).
  Gestione familiare di fratelli e sorelle probabilmente ereditata dai genitori.
  Organizzazione carente sembra un luogo lasciato andare.
  Personale del ristorante rude frettoloso e poco amichevole"unfreundlich bedienung".
  Io non ci ritornero'.

  Ho frequentato questo hotel per diversi anni e conosco abbastanza bene l' ambiente.
  L' hotel è bello e curato ma forse chi viene in vacanza si aspetta che dentro un beili' involucro ci sia un cuore ed un 'animaBeh vi assicuro che c'è ma in un fondo in fondo e bisogna cercarla!
  Non è questo l' hotel che fa canti tirolesi fino alla mezzanotte e oltre o fuochi d' artificio,però il cibo e la qualità non si possono.discutere.
  No non sono freddi come il ghiaccio i proprietari.come tutti gli altoatesini sono introversi e chiusi,non come i romagnoli solari ed aperti.
  Ed è proprio questo carattere che li rende. Tanto affascinanti.

  This is a beautiful, friendly hotel and extremely reasonable.
  They looked after me very well when I had to fly to Italy last minute to look after my husband in the nearby hospital, allowing me to extend my stay day by day, and offering me a triple room at a single rate.
  The breakfasts were a buffet style continental breakfast, featuring fresh bread, homemade jams and preserves, croissants, cheese, ham and an option to boil your own eggs.
  For evening meals there was an option of a half board menu, or a la cart. The food was exceptionally good, huge portions and very fresh and well-executed. The menu included a range of local specialities, such as sweetbreads, veal, regional cheeses. The wines by the glass were also excellent, although I wasn't offered a wine menu.
  The hotel was decorated in traditional Tyrollean style, with cosy woollen furnishings and carved wood, but the bathrooms were very up to date and luxurious.
  Overall, an excellent hotel and one on the list to go back to with the family one day under happier circumstances.

  Very nice hotel and rooms. Restaurant is good with traditional tasty food. The building has also a SPA inside. Recommended.
