La persona que nos atendio muu maleducado. Hizo todo lo posible para no ayudarnos, nos gritaba y faltaba al respeto. No nos dio la hoja de reclamaciones y nos nos ayudo de tal modo que nos quedamoz sin coche. Se llamaba Lucca. No vengais aqui nunca.

Hard to find (by foot as well as by car when returning). They gave us a car with only half a tank of petrol. We noticed soon after starting our drive, took pictures of the dashboard and eventually didn't have to pay for the petrol since they agreed it was their own fault. The car was nice.

Make sure to have a credit card on the drivers' name as otherwise you can't take the rental Meaning that they charge you for a no show (or cancellation if you're there early) and you have to make another booking on someone else in your party who can drive and has a credit card. I've never had this happen to me anywhere else!
We were lucky there was Antonio to help when we arrived as he helped calm the situation, unlike his colleague who was so ill tempered!
The car was nice and new, but if I had to return to Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast i would use a mix of taxis and public transport. Driving around here is very stressful!response / report this review -
