I can't believe the male Gucci department downstairs (B1) was full of the smell of urine!!!! My boyfriend n I were choose male shoes there and the whole process was a disaster! 😤😤😤 why can't they just clean the toilet properly and spray some air freshener?

Wandered in dressed casually (my feet had given up so resorted to running shoes) and everyone was extremely friendly. Felt very welcome! Great selection of bags, accessories, shoes and clothing, with more of the line available but not on display. Excellent merchandising and flow. What to get?!?

Bought a Disco Soho from here as I heard that it was going to be discontinued. Sales person -Ypynyak (Yeugeniy) The packaging was nice, but once I unpacked it at home, i noticed glue-like substance along the bottom of the piping, it was also crooked with discolouration. One stitch at the bottom of the logo was also coming out. Super obvious, clearly the sales did not even inspect or gave me the flawed merchandise on purpose. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY GUCCI PURCHASE!!!

Horrible experience, both my wife and 23 yr old daughter were refused entry today despite being well dressed and having 3000 euros each to spend on bags. The store was empty, yet they were told that they were too busy and to come back in 20 minutes. When they returned 20 minutes later they were once again turned away, apparently they were 'still too busy' yet there was still no one in the store. The minder at the door treated them with contempt. Absolutely pathetic, the worst customer service that we have ever experienced.
Needless to say, Prada now has their hard earned cash. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!response / report this review -

I've been too alot of gucci stores all over the world and this seems to be my favorite. Had great service by Elisa, she really took her time and was extremly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thanks

This week my sister went to this shop and they tried to expell them from the shop. And they told them that the shop was only for men and not for women and some friends got kicked out just for the clothes they weared

Really bad costumer service. The guy in the entrance was very rude and he didn't let us in saying it's closed half an hour before the shop closes.
