I had a cut in my hand that didn't stop bleeding. My husband brought me to the Guardia Medica, first it was difficult to find as it is off the street in the very back of a building; considering it's only open at night you would think some kind of illuminated sign could be helpful, but there's none. When I arrived the person (Dr. ? Nurse? Maybe someone passing through?) asked me to take off my bandage and squirted some liquid on the wound, then fumbled through a bunch of boxes looking for gloves his size, when he didn't find them he proceeded to poorly bandage me again, without them! After that he told me to go to the hospital as he couldn't do anything else.
Polite and courteous
