Era un grand hotel negli anni 70 ora ha un look molto datato, però a suo vantaggio ha la splendida posizione, è accogliente e vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Confortevole, ci ritornerei volentieri

We've been staying here for a week and really like it. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and ours has a great view. Beach is short walk away. Breakfast is really nice. Lots of options. Pool is large with nice seating area and bar. Would definitely come back.

American's or anyone with hotel standards above a crack house DO NOT STAY HERE. I've seen Motel 6s in better conditions than this dump. The so called STAR rating for Grand Hotel de Rose is completely miss leading. The hotel is in need of some major safety, and cosmetic upgrades. My wife nearly broke her ankle trying to walk up the stairs leading to the beach and restaurants because there was no lighting. Hoodlums were hanging on the back side as well, not safe. The A/C does not cool the rooms or hotel, rather it helps spread the smell or urine throughout the entire place. In addition to having been given a smelly room we had blood and other unidentified stains on the bedding. Please do not book here, if you do you will be disappointed.

Great hotel and amazing beach, totally unexpected beauty that I found here. Very friendly stuff, the best beach bar and the bar tender, as well as the bagnino! Thanks a lot for beautiful several days!

L'esperienza del breve soggiorno preso l'hotel è stata senz'altro positiva. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica: ben collegata sia alla spiaggia privata, sia a centro di Scalea. La struttura nel complesso si presenta confortevole, ben arredata è molto accogliente: di classe direi - gli arredi e gli spazi comuni li ho trovati molto curati ed equilibrati - Le camere (ma soprattutto il bagno)necessitano di una revisione e/o ristrutturazione di alcune parti che con il tempo., appaiono oramai consumate. La piscina, i giardini pensili sono molto eleganti - regalano una vista mozzafiato sul paese e sulla spiaggia - Lo staff dei servizi reception, il bagnino del lido dell'hotel, il personale delle pulizie e il responsabile della ristorazione, sono stati: professionali, discreti, gentili e soprattutto disponibili!
