Great place to stay. Nice rooms and location is good. It’s near the train station and good restaurants and bars

Rooms are nice and comfortable, service and the people working for the hotel are very nice and accommodating. My only complaint is the breakfast.

Not a 4 star deluxe, dated, stained wall, stained bath, rusted sink, stained shower curtain, damaged wall needing repair. Great view on the balcony. Poor soundproofing in the room. This is for a room on the 5th floor.

Great place to stay. Lovely shops, cable car to Montecatini Alta. Easy to get train to Florence.

The location is tucked back behind a beautiful park along with some other hotels. It totally brings you back to the old world feel with tiny old elevators and original decor from the 40s. The bellmen are attentive and the restaurant requires nice dress but serves tasty authentic Italian food. If your desire is for updated modern amenities then this is not your place. There is free WiFi but this place is for going back in time

Me and my girlfriend have had 2 wonderful hours in the spa area (loved the "salt room"). The cherrypick was the 50 minutes massage; very relaxing! Thanks to the the masseuses and to the hotel staff for having us!
