This hotel was a very nice hotel. It had a very nice feel to the room. Very open and spacious we love that the place offered free bottled water and drinks in the mini bar for no charge. They took care of us when we needed a cab and were very helpful

Staff was great! The bedroom and bathroom are big but very old. They serve a very good breakfast.

Crepe nei muri ovunque, alcune che corrono dal pavimento al soffitto; strisciate nere sulle pareti per lo spostamento del letto e di altro mobilio; varie tipologie di insetti inchiodati da colpi di ciabatte. Cabina doccia che non si chiude bene, doccino rotto. Pavimento che vibra in continuazione per il passaggio dei mezzi all'esterno. Praticamente inesistente la colazione. Sulla targa esposta fuori leggo GRAND HOTEL 4 STELLE ma mi trovo in un tugurio allucinante senza GRAND e senza STELLE. Di contro, personale molto cortese, educato e sempre disponibile.

Ordine professionalità e gradevolezza. Posizione comoda per chi vuol visitare l'Osservatorio astronomico di Capodimonte. Il garage è custodito. Molto buono il servizio colazione, gentile Cira. Consigliato

Hotel molto bello e accogliente. Personale molto gentile. Vista su tutta Napoli veramente mozzafiato. È comodissimo per visitare le catacombe di San Gennaro. Per arrivare in centro a piedi occorre una mezz'oretta, ma se il tempo è buono si fa volentieri passando sopra alla Sanità.

Più apparenza che sostanza. Non merita le stelle assegnate a causa della vetusta' delle camere, con bagni non adeguati e poco insonorizzate e con attrezzature molto datate o assenti. Il frigobar era vuoto, per esempio. Gli scurini non chiudevano e c'era una finestra rimaneva solamente accostata. Belli i quadri. Colazione continentale poco varia e di livello medio basso, pur se i prodotti erano buoni.
