Good hotel in center of Meran. Very old building with high ceilings we liked it. Not up to date but good enough for us. Private parking was full so we had to put our car on the street. Breakfast was good but not perfect.

Struttura grande e piena di opere d'arte molto belle. Sala colazione spettacolare,sembra di essere in una sala di museo. Cibo squisito e abbondante. Servizio famigliare.

Eines der ältesten historischen Gastlokale der Kurstadt. Sehr zentral mit ruhigem Gastgarten, unkompliziertes Lokal, nette Bedienung, Tiroler Küche, sehr günstige Menüs.

Hotel Graf von Meran is very bad quality for its price. I stayed here together with my girlfriend for one night for € 80,-. When we entered we should have known better, since we were welcomed at a chaotic reception desk full of papers and other mess. The room was spacious but everything was rundown and dirty. The safe didn't work, the water in the shower and the sink did not run away and there was a rotten banana in the fridge. We were very tired and decided to stay anyways. The breakfast next morning was not much better. When we arrived we had to turn on the lights ourself and there was no coffee present. After about 10 minutes other people had arrived and somebody came asking what everybody wanted to drink while standing at the entrance; not very chique. The breakfast itself was very sober and not fresh.
This was the worst hotel I ever had for this price.
