Excellent service in the center of Milan a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo, extremely helpful and very courteous staff. Prices below other parking lots I've used in the area. Very positive experience

I was fine. Fair prices. I parked and used the very convenient sanitization service and found the car without smells of smoke and perfectly sanitized

Great location and extremely friendly and professional staff. I forgot my wallet in the car and found it without any nasty surprises as unfortunately I have read in many other garages. I will come back for sure on the next occasion.

Never again unless you want to pay 130 Euro on top of the parking fee.
I parked there in the evening as the parking was arranged with Hotel NH Collection Milano President and the next day I payed 40 Euro for one night and asked the employee of the garage regarding special fee for area C and he clearly told me that they will take care of it. I told him that I will pay for it if neccessary extra moeny and he told me everything will be taken care and no need for it. After couple of months I was notified by car renting company that 2 fines (one for the entering in evening and one for leaving the zone in the morning) are on the way to my address from Comune di Milano.

Telefono per prenotare e chiedo cosa posso fare per la zona C. Mi rispondono "non si preoccupi facciamo tutto noi". Il giorno stabilito arrivo in orario, mi ricevono, pago il dovuto e mi avvertono che arriverà uno sms per la questione della zona C. Sms mai arrivato ed il giorno dopo, presentandomi al garage, mi dicono che non hanno potuto fare nulla perché non avevo il F.A.P. (filtro anti particolato). Morale: 2 infrazioni zona C da 70,70€ l'una. Sconsiglio vivamente.
