A little out of Bolzano/Bözen, has a nice bar, the staff is nice and friendly, the rooms are neat and spacious and for breakfast you have many different options, from salty to sweet, and everything is very good and tasty. The only cons would be the number of elevators (only 2 in a 7 story hotel makes things a little slow) and the heating in the rooms is a little too high in my opinion.

The room is simply gorgeous. The pool area is significantly smaller in person than in pictures but that's easily made up for by the view. Breakfast not being included in our rate was a pretty serious bummer, and we will certainly not be parking in their lot as it's very expensive. Staff were pleasant and helpful and most importantly spoke many languages fluently.

Beautiful building, modern and stylish furniture, nice and kind staff, the rooms are very big and comfortable, equipped with all the things you need: flat tv, hairdryer, air conditioning, water boiler, strongbox

Great hotel, excellent service and staff. Location is a bit weird, but if you are with a car, it really doesn't matter.
Room and facilities are very good.

It is a bit outskirts of Bolzano. Ist convenient to have a car. But the view and other facilities in the Hotel and the area around is also very nice..

Had a good stay in their exec. suite. Competent and friendly service. Facilities also matched my expectations without any surprise. Room was clean too. Just the parking is a rip off (EUR20 /day). Suggest to park outside on the street (EUR0.5/hour), plenty of parking spaces around the hotel.
