  It's a tranquil experience at a beautiful farm so close to the city! We felt like we were lost deep into beautiful country, yet so close to Florence.
  Beautiful views, quiet, fresh scents and sounds of the animals in the distance all made an enchanting ambiance for relaxation .
  My children participated in a tour with LabSitters. Very fun activity to see the animals, harvest olives and so much more!! Very fun experience!

  We recently had the wedding of our dreams in beautiful castello di vincigliata (about a kilometre from fattoria di maiano) and we booked out the entire place for our guest accommodation.
  
  Firstly, I would like to praise the staff, in particular Lucia who's communication and organisation throughout the year of planning the event with myself was second to none. I cannot stress enough the efforts that she and the rest of the staff put in to make sure the weekend went as smoothly as possible.
  
  As a wedding accommodation it really worked out perfectly for us. The rooms are spacious and clean and the entire place/location oozes authentic tuscan hospitality.
  
  The service throughout our stay from the accommodation to the restaurant bar was superb.in spite of the fact they were dealing with 65+ rowdy and over excited Irish guests :/ Nothing is too much and the food/wine from the restaurant la spezia is terrific. Breakfast was also ideal and set everyone up for the day ahead.
  
  The absolute highlight for all of us was the pool area. It is honestly unbelievable. So secluded and relaxed and the sweeping view from the pool through the tuscan hills has to be seen in person in order to be fully appreciated. Our guests loved it!
  
  Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an authentic tuscan retreat away from but still convenient to the hustle and bustle of Florence. We will definitely be back.if they allow it :)

  Il posto è in una posizione meravigliosa vi consiglio di non mangiare al ristorante perché è.caro.rispetto alla.qualità e alle.porzioni che offre. Nonostante il.personale sia gentilissimo, altro discorso per il parco e la fattoria con gli animali che meritano sicuramente più di stelle

  They gave an incredible tour of their olive farm, including the history of the region, the growing and processing. The tasting at the end was incredible and the views were amazing.
