  Great ambience, awesome staff and services, perfect for families with kids and babies and most importantly we loved the mountains and the hikes that we could do and we enjoyed the air. yassss

  Ottima struttura per i bambini piccoli, fino a 8 anni. Arredamento stanza di livello decisamente sotto la media dell'Alto Adige. Scomodo per andare a sciare. Piscina bellissima, cibo più che buono, animatrici baby club non troppo coinvolgenti.

  Looks nice but we are given a crap room above the workshop and next to the delivery point. It was so awful we had to leave early as our concerns about noise and lack of sleep voiced on the first day were not taken seriously. Not really a family hotel for those with young kids/toddlers

  La struttura ha due facce, in certi ambienti è davvero molto bella, nuova e curata, in altri si notano i segni del tempo, ad esempio alcune camere sono molto stile anni '90. Gli spazi per i bambini sono davvero eccezionali, tanti giochi, tanto spazio, tante iniziative.
  Veniamo alle note dolenti: la maggior parte della clientela non è italiana, quindi le attività sono sviluppate in gran parte in lingua tedesca/austriaca. Il personale non è propriamente cortese ho chiesto un bicchiere di latte tiepido dopo cena e mi hanno guardato come se avessi chiesto la luna. Il cibo è appena sufficiente, se si considera però che stiamo parlando di un hotel **** in Trentino la valutazione scende decisamente al di sotto! Spaghetti tutti incollati, riso secco e a pezzi, bistecche e pesce piene di pepe (per dargli un po' di sapore?) sono solo alcuni esempi. Insomma il livello della cucina è DECISAMENTE al di sotto di come dovrebbe essere viste le stelle e i prezzi!
