Embarassing.
We call for assistance for a shutter that no longer opens. They ask to send an email saying that it could be two days later because they are in the area. After two emails, three phone calls, they promise to spend Thursday. Two months have passed, never seen, never received an appointment, never a reply to emails.

Completely non-existent assistance. I must, in spite of myself, deduce that if a person buys one of their products and unfortunately it breaks down, he must fend for himself because almost two months have passed since my request to date. In the end I will turn to another supplier a little more active .. obviously, to avoid that someone can live the same experience as me, I do not recommend them.

Really good company and product, impeccable customer service. We purchased the windows through the local dealer Punto edile of Ferrera Silvano via como 7, nova milanese (MB) who also provided us with a installation service through qualified Fakro installers. Thanks for everything and work really well done a special thanks to the local agency Simoncini Representations (Davide) and to the installer Fakro Ottolux.it (Ottavio) who were able to solve all my and my wife's needs.
