Finally in Turin there are serious, professional and honest blacksmiths. You can trust them. I absolutely recommend them.

Yesterday, returning from the sea, I could not open the front door I called the master company and in 20 minutes the blacksmith arrived without breaking the lock and managed to open the door. fair price considering it was Sunday, they were very friendly and professional. I advise!!

Fixed an appointment 3 days in advance, they showed up on time. I had sent a photo of the problem (knob that was coming off) and I was budgeted for a minimum cost of 120 euros (he had to assess the seriousness of the matter on the spot). I wonder what problem I thought it was, I had taken 2 free hours to keep up with him.
They come, I ask what the problem is but to say it you have to disassemble. Ok, 7 minutes of clock to disassemble, reassemble and change 2 too short biting screws 120 euros! (when work is finished).
I point out that, without even the immediate call, it seems excessive to me. He replies that you can make 100, take them and leave. I ask for a business card (if I have to recall them in the future), he says he puts it in the mailbox and he doesn't.
After 5 minutes (I had kept my distance because, although we all wore the mask, I didn't feel like going close) I check the work done. The handle dances a little, the knob is fixed (but with the ring not perfectly in contact with the door). Call back, they tell me not to worry, because it's normal.
Moral of the story naive that I have not tried to solve a very trivial problem by myself, thinking that instead it was a serious thing. I gave the money because I only have one word of mouth, but they definitely took advantage of it without batting an eyelid (obviously they are used to it). I should have read the comments above first and looked for someone else.

I had a long key lock and they recommended a European cylinder lock, much cheaper than I could have expected, and they even gave me a two-year warranty. Great! I couldn't ask for better

I called them to open the door after the key was stuck in the door. He came and said 40 euros base price. Then after he fixed it in 2 mins exactly he asked for 290! Ofcourse i was not welling to pay that. I don’t recommend his services he is a scammer and racist.

Fabbro veloce ma ha chiesto quasi 200 euro per un lavoretto da 2 minuti. Al momento del pagamento ha chiesto se volessi l'IVA. Sconsigliato.

Tommaso Mastro è un ottimo fabbro di Torino, con una grande esperienza. Affidabile, serio, onesto e corretto. Trovare l'etica in questo settore è veramente una perla rara! Mi sono trovato bene. Gli ho fatto sostituire la mia vecchia serratura a doppia mappa con il nuovo tipo a cilindro europeo in modo da rendere la serratura inviolabile dalla chiave bulgara, il sistema che i ladri in un attimo utilizzano per duplicare le vostre chiavi e poi vi entrano in casa senza che ve ne accorgiate. Tra l'altro, anche se abitate in zone di Torino lontane dal centro o nella Provincia lui si muove senza problemi, come ha fatto per me. Assolutamente consigliato!
