  Hugely helpful. I needed a van last minute and couldn't get to the office before it closes but they stayed an extra 20mins until I arrived. So accommodating!

  We had a very bad experience with the agency in Pisa. We had until 1 pm to drop off our car but the agency was closed between 1 pm and 3 pm and we were just 10 minutes late. As the agency was closed we parked on the exact same spot where we had picked up the car, paid for parking until 3 pm, left the key in the mailbox as instructed then came back at 3 pm as we wanted to make sure we wouldn't be charged for an extra day as we were only 10 minutes late. When one of the employees Leonardo eventually turned up at 3.30 pm (30 mintutes late) he didn't have the key of the office but assured us that we wouldn't be charged extra as they allow small delays of up to an hour. However when I received the invoice I was surprised to see that they still charged us for an extra day. I then called the agency but they refused to make any refund avoiding the question and making false claims about parking instructions. As a side note the car we rented was also badly serviced, funky blue aqua colour and didn't correspond to the model we had asked for. We won't put our trust in Europcar ever again after this.

  My car was booked and fully pre-paid for 1 pm pick-up. The posted hours of business are wrong. The office closes before 1 pm, especially in the off-season (Oct-April) and they don't alert anyone nor change the signage on the door or website, so if you're going to this downtown location to pick up a car at 12:30-1:00 pm, you will have a rude surprise, like I did. Fortunately, I showed up a bit early even though I wasn't ready to get the car, but was forced to pick it up since they were closing.
  The branch manager was somewhat unwelcoming and pushy, insisting i sign the contract before even seeing the vehicle, which i refused to do. Don't let that happen to you. I will say, the car was in excellent condition, clean and almost new. Another thing, normally there is virtually no place to park the vehicle when you return it, making it bit problematic.

  They opened in time and had my car but they were a bit brusque and rude.

  Not obvious place to find. Efficient enough service
