Service here is okay, as is the standard in Italy :| Located close to Via Marconi and Statione Trastevere makes it a convenient location although sidewalks can be a bit sparse on the way.

Il giorno 12 febbraio 2017, prenoto on line una tv sony 49XD8305. Il sistema mi conferma la prenotazione e il ritiro entro le 24 ore del prodotto presso appunto il punto vendita di Euronix di Via Portuenze. Per ulteriore conferma, telefono lo stesso giorno al punto vendita in oggetto, dove mi confermano la presenza del prodotto. Il giorno dopo mi avvio uscendo prima dal lavoro e percorrendo in macchina diversi chilometri considerando la distanza da dove abito e lavoro. Arrivato, all cassa mi danno il foglio per il ritiro del prodotto, se non fosse che il prodotto non c'era, non era presente in magazzino. L'addetto mi accompagna dal Direttore, il quale scusandosi, mi conferma che il prodotto non è presente, allora davanti a me prova a fare delle chiamate al telefono, e manda una mail, promettendomi che il giorno dopo mi avrebbe contattato telefonicamente per avvisarmi della situazione. Sto ancora aspettando. PESSIMO!

Has all the electronic products you need but service is pretty poor. Maybe they can tell that I don't speak English but have never had someone ask if I needed help and the staff never seem to be available for questions.

English speaking staff available thankfully.. I bought a camera here.. Staff here not very helpful, also a bit impatient
