  Really nice spot for a quick walk (1h max), suitable for families. If you which to have lunch there, you will have to pay ad. 1€/p but the facility is nice. You won't be charged for walking up. Going on the right part of the crater you could find some nice cm-sized crystal of magmatic amphibole just looking on the ground ;)
  Crater was created during the huge eruption of 1669 which destroyed nicolosi and bring lava flow down to catania 15km away.

  цей кратер не глибокий. тому можна ретельно розгледіти, як вулкан виглядає зсередини. це круто! різноманіття кольорів тут вражає
