Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per lavoro per 2 giorni nel mese di giugno. L'eremo si trova in mezzo a campi coltivati a grano e uliveti. La tranquillità e la pace che si respirano in questo posto sono incredibili. Le camere, come tutta la struttura, sono incantevoli e curate nei minimi particolari. Il personale è estremamente educato e disponibile. La cosa di cui mi sono innamorato e che consiglio a tutti voi di provare è il latte di mandorla!!! Non ho mai assaggiato un latte di mandorla buono come quello che producono qui!

We stayed for one week only in Eremo an had a wonderful time. Ambiente and Service was excellent and we thank the whole staff very cordially.

We just returned from a stay at the Eremo della Giubiliana and could not have been more pleased. It is a lovingly restored monastary of the Knights of St John, set in the soft countryside of southeast Sicily. Impeccably clean, with a charming, friendly staff. I corresponded extensively with the wonderful concierge, Marguerite Gianni before out visit about arranging guides and tours and she could not have been more helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was just the thing after a day of touring; wonderful fresh Sicilian wines, including a lovely red from the estate. (Olive oil from the estate as well). Beautiful swimmning pool in enclosed garden. Relaxing and elegant; you will love it.
